Advanced Enterprise-level strategies
Our goal is to make your business take the next leap towards modern, enterprise-level IT strategies. Say good bye to repetitive manual work, ineffective and slow performing application. Say hello to enterprise approved automation strategies, high-performing workloads, and failover strategies that will get your business up and running in minutes after a disaster. We can start you off with a 3 steps plan to upgrade the technologies used by your business: enterprise-level upgrade to your backups and recoveries, remote access to your office via industry-standard encrypted VPN tunnel, and virtualization of part or all of your IT infrastructure. STEP 1- Industry-Standard Backup and Recovery
Your critical data is the backbone of your business. Without it, you don’t have any records of your customers, no records of your sales data, or no records of your inventory. Protecting this information is one of your most important tasks. We offer you 2 options: our Silver level plan for standard backup and recovery, or, our recommended Gold level plan for the advanced backup and recovery solution with cloud option.

Silver Plan – Standard
The industry standard backup practice is called the 3-2-1 backup strategy. It stands for “you need to have 3 copies of your original data, stored on at least 2 different types of storage media, with 1 of the copies residing off-site”. When you hire us to backup your business data with this option, we will offer you different types of storage media that matches your budget and setup a disk rotation scheme that matches your preferred recovery plan.

Gold Plan – Recommended
This is the Gold level of backup strategy, the so called 3-2-1-1-0 backup plan, with the highest level of protection for your critical business data. With this option, not only will we implement the industry recommended Silver level of backup strategy for your business data, but we will also add the additional safeguards that come with this level of backup. The additional “1” in the 3-2-1-1-0 stands for “one cloud backup copy” and the “0” stands for “0 tolerance for backup errors”. In essence, you will have an additional cloud copy of your critical data, ready to be restored at any given moment. We will also regularly run test restores of your critical data to make sure there are no backup errors that will prevent a full recovery.

STEP2 – Remote Access to your Office
Once you’ve upgraded your business to the 21st century technologies, our next goal, if agreed by you, is to allow you and your trusted workforce access your enterprise data remotely and securely. Why would you want to do that? Many reasons: first, no longer will you and your team need to commute to your work place to conduct meetings that require access of your business data. Second, today’s skilled workforce expects to have at least some off-campus days where work can be conducted safely and remotely. Say good-bye to lost productivity caused by long commute hours on unforgiving traffic. Third, reduce the amount of physical space you lease to run your business by allowing your workforce to conduct business from the comfort of their homes. This goes directly to your bottom-line as money saved from leasing an office space and paying for power consumption, is money earned for your business’s bottom-line.
How do we accomplish this for you? We will deploy a powerful appliance such as the D-Link 4-Port Unified Services VPN router that has industry standard firewall and security features to allow a safe and secure remote connectivity to your office. If you also hire us to be your IT support, we will have virtual access to your office to maintain and support your users and your on-prem devices.

STEP 3: Virtualization
You worked hard to get your business to where it got to be. You renovated, expanded, and earned the trust and confidence of your customers to deliver what they expect and love the most from your business. Now is the time to focus all your resources on your business and your business only. You want to keep the momentum going, continue working on expanding and strengthening your business strategy, rather than spending your precious time and money managing your IT assets and infrastructure. It is time to move all or part of your IT assets to the cloud. Click here for more detail.
